Cancellation Policy:
This policy defines how we handle cancellations. Holiday insurance is recommended.
- If cancelled up to 4 weeks before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled later, 100 percent will be charged.
- In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Debit / Credit Card Cards:
We take card details for all customers. Although we process payments via Paypal we reserve the right to not accept payments made using American Express. Cards are charged under the following circumstances:
- Failure to comply with the cancellation policy.
- Guests who do not pay upon checkout.
- Damage to hotel property.
- Smoking in the hotel.
Property Cancellation Policy:
All bookings are final however adaptations and cancellations are permitted until 4 weeks prior to your booking.
Cancellations after this time will incur the full charge of you reservation
No shows will be charged in entirety.
